Medically supervised withdrawal management in a safe, comfortable environment with 24/7 monitoring.
There is Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) which consists of Suboxone Treatment and Vivitrol Treatment. Suboxone is a sublingual film strip that clients take as a substitute for narcotics (like heroin and oxycontin). In addition to using Suboxone (or equivalent such as ZUBSOLV®) or the once-a-month injection Vivitrol, all of our clients are involved in mandatory counseling at our facility to address the psychological aspects of drug addiction. We provide the medical management of opioid and alcohol addiction (prescribing Suboxone for opioids, injecting Vivitrol for opioids and alcohol, checking tox screens and labs) and the counseling in one convenient location.
Suboxone and Vivitrol Program Stages:
Intake: Patients are assessed by a counselor and physician to determine their level of care and medication needs.
Induction: Patients transition to Suboxone, which must be taken correctly (under the tongue) and only after reaching moderate withdrawal.
Stabilization: Over days to weeks, patients attend frequent counseling, regular doctor visits, and drug screenings.
Maintenance: Over weeks to months, focus shifts to ongoing counseling, relapse prevention, and continued medication support.
Medical Withdrawal (when ready): Gradual tapering of Suboxone or stopping Vivitrol under medical supervision once recovery is stable.
Overall, the program combines medication with counseling and long-term support to help manage addiction and reduce relapse risk.
Rehabilitation
Structured treatment programs combining therapy, education, and skill-building for lasting recovery through our services: Structured Outpatient Addiction Program (SOAP), Partial Hospitalization Program, Problem Gambling Therapy, Driver Alcohol Education, Drug and Alcohol Individual Therapy, and The Second Offender Program.
Structured Outpatient Addiction Program (SOAP)
Formerly known as IOP, this is a time-limited, intensive outpatient treatment program for individuals dealing with substance use and mental health conditions. It combines group therapy, individualized treatment plans, and a multidisciplinary clinical team. Patients attend structured group sessions several times a week (typically three hours per session over about eight weeks), focusing on coping skills, relapse prevention, medication education, and overall recovery support.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
A short-term, intensive outpatient treatment program for adults experiencing significant emotional, mental health, or dual diagnosis challenges. The program provides hospital-level care in a structured daytime setting, including psychiatric assessments, physician oversight, individualized treatment planning, group therapy, life skills training, and medication support. Patients return home in the evenings, allowing them to stay connected to family and community.
Problem Gambling Therapy
Compulsive gambling is a disease, often a hidden one. It is a chronic and progressive disease, much like alcoholism or drug addiction. Problem gambling can affect men and women of any age, race, or religion, regardless of their social status. Problem gamblers are much more likely than others to have problems with drinking, drugs and smoking, and to suffer from depression. Problem gambling has been called the "hidden addiction", as there are few outward signs until it is too late.

Aftercare Planning
Ongoing support, alumni programs, and community resources for life after formal treatment ends.
Aftercare Planning is a structured support process designed to help individuals maintain progress after completing treatment and successfully transition back into everyday life. It focuses on preventing relapse and sustaining long-term recovery through personalized planning that may include continued therapy, medication management, peer support groups, and community resources.
Each person works with their care team to develop a tailored plan that reinforces coping skills, strengthens support systems, and addresses ongoing life needs such as housing, employment, and emotional wellbeing.
The goal of aftercare is to ensure continuity of care, promote independence, and provide ongoing support so individuals can maintain stability and recovery beyond formal treatment.
